Founded in May 1999 - RIGHT FOCUS TRAINING CENTER, Inc. is TESDA accredited training school that caters to workers particularly for overseas workers and local applicants who wish to find descent jobs.
The company is a leader in providing training and assessment services to walk-in clients creating successful partnership with LGUs and other recruitment agencies whose purpose is o deploy competent overseas workers.

The owner is a RETIRED MANILA PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER who aims to develop well rounded and efficient workers for deployment abroad. Workers are sent by recruitment, agencies making sure that their applicants are well versed in their kind of work before departure in foreign land.
This course is designed to provide the learner with knowledge, practical skills and attitude, applicable in performing work activities involve in cleaning living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and kitchen, washing and ironing clothes, linen and fabric, preparing hot and cold meals/food, and providing food and beverage service. This include classroom learning activities and practical work in actual work site or simulation area.
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of housekeeping staff in housekeeping services, preparing guest’s rooms, providing valet/butler service, laundering linen and guest’s clothes, cleaning premises and equipment in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic, core and common competencies in HOUSEKEEPING NC II.
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in bread and pastry production to prepare and present desserts; prepare and display petits four in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.

The CAREGIVING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals.
The Welding NC I (SMAW) Qualification consists of competencies that a
person must achieve to weld carbon steel plates components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work order, welding procedure or oral instructions using SMAW welding equipment.
